A sound. A feeling. Nostalgia and mixed emotions.
These were the elements called fourth in this visualization exercise. For this project a song was chosen (The Silenece by Manchester Orchestra) to visualize and evoke across two posters. Textures played a heavy hand in the creation, and focused on intangible themes such as reflection, generational trauma, and cyclical creation and recreation.
Applied beyond,
Although created as two posters, it felt right to reach beyond and make this impactful song hang off you like your favorite hoodie.
And if we’re already hanging, might as well make some art for home.
